Put simply, Dr. Bridges’s assessment work helps clients make better decisions when hiring or promoting senior people, and reduces the enormous cost and risk associated with a bad hire or a botched promotion.

The assessment process begins with Dr. Bridges and her clients’ senior leaders defining the critical skills and abilities required for success in a job. The actual candidate assessment includes a variety of work-relevant ability tests, personality inventories, interactive work simulations, and an in-depth work style interview with Dr. Bridges. She then develops a detailed report—including specific recommendations—and provides feedback to the hiring executive both verbally and in writing. Additionally, Dr. Bridges provides a complete debriefing and feedback session for the candidate.
